Well maybe not epic but a kick to write.Carolynnwith2Nshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09177830689163853706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6904356705735120070.post-29719916789481058282019-02-01T08:47:21.593-05:002019-02-01T08:47:21.593-05:00HAPPY NEW YEAR! The holidays, even weeks before, is NOT the time to send off something to read. I know b/c I am (was) in the same boat. I sent my latest off to my agent on Dec 3rd. (queue the Jeopardy music) He finally read it about two weeks ago - it's due to the publisher on Feb 1st, so if he hadn't liked it, I was about to be screwed for time to fix it, ya know?

Anyway, the sound of your NEW book - wow! Now that is a FRESH idea, 2Ns and that's what publishers want I think. Fresh, new, never done before. I get the sense that the elderly in this latest WIP will be, disposable. YIKES.

I'm currently fiddling with ideas for the next. I haven't written a word since Dec 3rd. Itching to get into something new - and I want it to be different from what I've been doing. Still Southern fiction, but not coming of age. And in 3rd person. My agent might freak. Ha!

Write on, sister!Donnaevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09026536210749494257noreply@blogger.com
